Product Returns
How can I return my order?
You can return your unused items within 14 days.
This means, from the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to return any unworn or unused items, as long as the original labels and accessories are still intact. If the product does not meet all these requirements or if it is altered, washed, used, has an odour or is in any way damaged by misuse, the exchange or return will be refused. Baju Brand is not responsible for the misuse of its items or for washing them incorrectly. We recommend that you follow the washing instructions.
Do I have to pay anything for a return?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Important: The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our store.
Please note: If the returned item has been worn or stained, we won’t be able to process the return.
How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
In the event of an exchange, if the customer does not want any of the products that are available, they can opt for a voucher (2 years) via our email info@bajubrand.com to be used in our online shop.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we confirm that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive your refund.
What if the refunded amount is incorrect?
In such cases, please contact us at info@bajubrand.com We will strive to resolve the issue promptly.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
If Baju Brand mistakenly sends an item different from what you ordered, or if the quality of a product is unsatisfactory, please contact us at info@bajubrand.com to arrange a return and/or exchange. In such instances, Baju Brand will bear the costs of both shipping and return.
Exchange Procedure
To make an exchange you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. That said, simply send the item you wish to exchange together with the exchange card (sent with the order) to the sender's address and fill in the following details:
1. The garment and size you wish to receive.
Please check beforehand that the item you wish to exchange is available on our website.
If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, we will contact you via email and you can choose to buy another item immediately, return it or receive a voucher. If you choose to exchange the size of just one item, you do not need to send the complete set. However, we do not exchange an individual piece for another model, as we only sell the set.
2. The name used for the purchase and the order number.
As soon as the order is received at our premises, it will go through quality control and then we will send the product(s) requested on the exchange card (sent with the order) to the shipping address initially indicated within 5 working days.
With regard to exchanges to non-EU countries, Baju Brand is not responsible for delays or costs associated with customs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
To make a return, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to send the complete set to the sender's address. You must indicate inside the parcel that you wish to return it, as well as your IBAN, the name used for the purchase and the parcel number.
The refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the order at our premises and will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories, as mentioned above.
Commercial Prizes and Sweepstakes
Commercial prizes and sweepstakes given away via our social networks are exempt from commercial value and any type of guarantee, and no exchanges or returns are accepted.
